Truss & Rigging in India

01How is the safe working load of a rig determined?
We calculate point loads and uniform loads for every truss span against the rated capacity of the truss, hoists and venue rigging points. The total weight of lighting, audio, LED and scenic elements is mapped before the rig is built, ensuring it stays within certified safe working limits.
02Can you rig where the venue has no fixed points?
Yes. Where a venue lacks rated suspension points, we use ground-support towers, goal-post structures and free-standing truss to carry the load from the floor. This is common in hotel ballrooms and temporary outdoor builds where flying from the ceiling is not permitted.
03Are your riggers certified for this work?
Our rigging is carried out by trained, experienced riggers working to documented safe-working-load limits and using rated hardware such as shackles, slings, clamps and safety bonds. On larger productions a dedicated rigging supervisor oversees the build, trim and strike of every flown element.
